Returns & Exchanges

At Sherpa Adventure Gear, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase for all your mountain pursuits. If you are not happy with your gear, you can return or exchange unworn items with original tags within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our system and securely package your gear in its original packaging.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Drop off your return at any authorized carrier location; please keep your tracking number for reference until your refund is processed.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will issue a credit to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
